Based on experience, we know that successful completion of the program requires encouragement and community involvement. The NJROTC instructors will monitor student progress and reward participation. In turn, we urge parental involvement during this important milestone.

To promote completion and maximum benefit of the program, instructors have access to the unit's cadet accounts and will monitor the progress and support program completion.

We sincerely hope that you and your cadet will choose to become part of this important program designed to increase your cadet's opportunities for higher education.

Your special attention to this effort will have valuable short- and long-term impact on participating cadets and the NJROTC program as a whole. In advance, thank you for your contributions to this important educational effort.
